Video Interview

Talentsoft Recruiting has created a smoother integration for its video interview partners.

These video interview allow recruiters to screen candidates early on before bringing them in for a face-to-face interview.

Thanks to the newly-constructed API, there is a standard integration for all types of differed video interviews partners. From now on, all video interviews partners will connect to Talentsoft Recruiting using this new API.

Candidates can be invited to take an differed video interview from Talentsoft recruiting Back Office by recruiters. The recruiters can do individual or bulk action to invite candidates. They will choose the campaign they wish to send to the candidates, which will need to first be configured on the partner’s platform.

Campaigns are pushed dynamically by the partner so nothing is saved on Talentsoft side.

Candidates will receive a link by email to take the video interview, which they can complete from their browser with a webcam.

Note: the email is managed directly by the partner.

The recruiters can follow the progress of the completion directly from Talentsoft Recruiting pages.

Link to the candidate video, score and evaluation provided directly on the partner platform are accessible in the candidate profile.
