Talentsoft has created a smoother integration for partners providing matching between profiles and vacancies.

This feature allows recruiters to better find talents in their candidates pools or propose the best open positions to their employees.

Thanks to the newly-constructed API, there is a standard integration for all types of matching algorithms. From now on, all partners providing matching will connect to Talentsoft Recruiting using this new API.

First of all, the partner will index all concerned data : Candidates and employees profiles and vacancies.

As a second step, they will implement API that allows to :

• identify candidates/employees that match a vacancy

• identify vacancies that match a candidate/employee profile
