Talentsoft Recruiting has created a set of API to allow our customers to build a fully customized career site (Front Office).

These FO API can also be used to integrate the application process into job boards so that candidates can submit their applications without visiting customers’ career sites.

The FO API allow to create all features related to vacancies’ search engines, list of published vacancies, and get details of these vacancies.

These FO API also offer the possibility to push candidates profiles. There are 2 main ways to push candidates :

• Push only a form and some documents by using applicationswithoutaccount (the most used by 3rd party vendors)

  • The list of requirements is limited

• Create a candidate account and their associated data (used mainly when implementing a career site). The process will be to :

  • Create the candidate account

  • Connect as the candidate through the API

  • Create the form

  • Add the documents

  • Create the applications

In both cases, some more features like job alerts can be implemented as well as request for deletion to manage GDPR requirements.
