Introdution to Assessment
Talentsoft Recruiting has created a smoother integration for its assessment test partners.These tests allow recruiters to screen candidates early on before bringing them in for a face-to-face interview.
Thanks to the newly-constructed API, there is a standard integration for all types of assessment partners. From now on, all assessment partners will connect to Talentsoft Recruiting using this new API.
Candidates can be invited to take an assessment test from Talentsoft recruiting Back Office by recruiters. The recruiters can do individual or bulk action to invite candidates. They will choose the product (one or many tests) they wish to send to the candidates, which will need to first be configured on the partner’s platform. Products are pushed dynamically by the partner so nothing is saved on Talentsoft side.
Candidates will receive a link by email to take a test, which they can complete from their browser.
A recruiter can require a candidate to complete several tests. Each time a part of test is done, the recruiter can see the corresponding score in the Screening tab . The total score will update as other tests are completed.
Once candidates take the tests, they are then evaluated, with a report automatically generated for recruiters to consult in Talentsoft.
Note: the email is managed directly by the partner.
