Performance

In the performance module you will find three main type of data that you coul manipulate through APIs.

Campaign

A Campaign consists of a population of appraisers and appraisees that will have to fill forms during a specific timelaps. I is a process linked to the execution of interviews, which includes a start date, an end date, a responsible, a validation workflow, an associated population, notifications, and form templates. The campaign management system facilitates the handling of various types of campaigns, such as annual interviews, compensation discussions, training needs assessments, recruitment, and more.

Forms

A form is the support for appraisal. It has a type and could be différent from one employee to another according to contries or Business unit by example.

Appraisers and appraisees

Usally a form has one appraisee and one appraiser, but there are cases, when a form could have multiple appraisers.
